What do I need to receive cash-on-delivery day-to-day?
To receive cash-on-delivery to your account day-to-day, you need: 1️⃣ An individual entrepreneur account with NovaPay 2️⃣ Logistics agreement with Nova poshta (for sending your parcels), if you haven't signed it yet 3️⃣ Cash-on-delivery agreement with NovaPay For more information on how to sign a logistics agreement with Nova poshta, follow this link You can open an individual entrepreneur account and sign a cash-on-delivery agreement with NovaPay in our app. If you do not have an individual entrepreneur account with NovaPay, you must provide a full PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS
How to sign a cash-on-delivery agreement with NovaPay for individual entrepreneurs?
If you have an individual entrepreneur account with NovaPay, click on the menu "More" → "Cash-on-delivery agreement" → "Sign agreement" in the application. We will check your documents, and all you have to do is sign the agreement. If you have an individual entrepreneur account with a bank or represent a legal entity, contact our online support to find out more.

You can activate a universal tariff in the mobile application. But if it doesn't suit you, contact us and we'll find a solution.
Who pays the fee under the cash-on-delivery agreement?
The payer of the fee for transferring cash-on-delivery to the account depends on the chosen service plan. If an entrepreneur chooses the standard tariff (tariff plan 1), he or she pays the fee for NovaPay services. In case of cooperation at the universal tariff (tariff plan 2), the cost of the service is paid by the sender and the recipient of the cash-on-delivery.
When will the money be credited to my account?
Cash-on-delivery will be credited to the accounts opened in NovaPay on the same day👍 For other accounts, the terms of crediting will remain unchanged – the next business day after we receive payment from your customers.
Can I sign an agreement with one individual entrepreneur and receive money for another?
No, you can't. The funds will be received by the individual entrepreneur with whom the cash-on-delivery agreement is signed.
How should a business pay the cash-on-delivery fee?
The fee is deducted automatically when money is transferred to the customer's account.
Do I have to pay a fee for connecting and maintaining a cash-on-delivery agreement if I temporarily do not use it?
No, you do not need to pay anything extra.
How will I know what money has been received as a cash-on-delivery?
After you receive the funds from NovaPay, you will receive a payment register to your email address specified in the cash-on-delivery agreement. You can find a sample of it in Appendix 1 to your agreement. You can also view your cash-on-delivery statement in the app.
What should I do if the cash-on-delivery is not credited?
Check whether cash-on-delivery is selected when you create a parcel (EW), and whether your clients have picked up their cash-on-delivery parcels.
Why is the crediting of the cash-on-delivery delayed?
The most common reason for the delay in cash-on-delivery is that the parcel is received at a collection point instead of a regular Nova poshta branch or parcel locker. A collection point is a branch located, for example, in a shop or pharmacy. Since a collection point (CP) is not a full-fledged Nova poshta branch, there are no NovaPay cash desks for financial transactions. To transfer money, the information is transferred to the nearest branch with NovaPay cash desks. As a result, the time it takes to receive the money may vary depending on the region. How can I use cash-on-delivery?
What you can do with all the money credited to your account as a cash-on-delivery without any fees: ✅withdraw it at any Nova poshta branch using the barcode in the NovaPay app ✅transfer to your personal account or any other account in Ukraine ✅pay business bills
Why can't individual entrepreneurs of Group 1 conclude a cash-on-delivery agreement?
According to the law, individual entrepreneurs of Group 1 can only trade in markets and are not allowed to sell online. That's why they can't conclude a cash-on-delivery agreement. If you plan to sell online, you should switch to the 2nd or 3rd group of single tax payers.
