Send your proposal to the <a href=\"mailto:tender@novapay.ua\">email address<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certify it with your signature and company seal, preferably on official letterhead. Include the following information in your letter:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>company name \/ full name of individual entrepreneur;<\/li>\n<li>EDRPOU \/ TIN;<\/li>\n<li>full name of the contact person;<\/li>\n<li>e-mail address of the contact person;<\/li>\n<li>phone number of the contact person;<\/li>\n<li>type of company activity;<\/li>\n<li>type of goods \/ works \/ services you offer;<\/li>\n<li>term of validity of the commercial proposal (number of calendar days);<\/li>\n<li>terms of delivery or service provision;<\/li>\n<li>terms of payment;<\/li>\n<li>guarantee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/br><strong>If your offer is relevant, we will contact you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Requirements for suppliers<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any legal entity or individual entrepreneur who is ready to sell high-quality goods or services that are not prohibited for sale in Ukraine, either retail or wholesale, can be a supplier to the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our ideal supplier:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is ready to comply with all seller obligations in accordance with trade rules and current Ukrainian legislation, and has all the necessary permits, certificates, licences, etc. for trading;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">agrees to sell any product from 1 piece;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">agrees to provide a sample of the product (1 piece) as a specimen to confirm compliance with technical requirements and quality characteristics (we will return the sample);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensures compliance with the warranty conditions stipulated by Ukrainian legislation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensures high-quality packaging and proper delivery quality: within the agreed time frame, of proper quality, and in accordance with the order;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">read the <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/documents\/kodeks-povedinki-postachalnikiv\/\">NovaPay Supplier Code of Conduct<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li>ready to open a NovaPay account \u2013 for <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/rakhunok-fop\/\">individual entrepreneurs<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/rakhunok-business\/\">businesses<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/br><strong>Payments to suppliers are made in non-cash form.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"To provide our customers with fast and convenient financial services, we continually purchase a range of consumables, equipment, and services.
