All the securities have been reassigned to <strong>uaAA<\/strong>, which means a very high creditworthiness compared to other debt instruments in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The rating was revised based on the company&#8217;s performance in the first quarter of 2025. The agency took into account NovaPay&#8217;s financial stability and systemic development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, NovaPay <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/bonds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bonds<\/a> can be purchased directly through the company&#8217;s app and invested for a period of 1 to 12 months, offering a yield of up to 19%. Some of the series are also listed on leading Ukrainian exchanges, including PFTS, Perspectyva, and the Ukrainian Exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;The affirmation of the rating is yet another proof of confidence in our company. Thanks to the support of our investor clients, we can confidently develop our credit products and finance our business,&#8217;\u00a0comments <b>Ihor Prykhodko, CFO of NovaPay<\/b>, &#8216;More than 5,500 clients have already invested over UAH 1.6 billion in our bonds.&#8217;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2023-2024, NovaPay made nine issues of interest-bearing bonds, all of which were rated uaAA. And in 2025, it issued the anniversary <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/en\/obligatsii-reiting-uaaa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>.
