I consider this award to be the joint result of the entire NovaPay team, as we work every day to create innovative, convenient, and secure financial solutions for Ukrainians and businesses,\u2019 comments <strong>Yana Levada<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With over 18 years of experience in the financial sector, Yana has risen from project manager to Director of Business Development. She has been with NovaPay for nine years, implementing several innovative solutions, including automatic payment for parcels, Tap-To-Phone for couriers, and the launch of the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.novapay.ua\/\">NovaPay mobile app<\/a> in just eight months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay values female leadership and proves in practice that women can successfully work in traditionally \u2018male\u2019 roles: in IT, finance, or management. Today, about 65% of the company&#8217;s team are women, and there is a 50\/50 balance among top management.
