The decision was made by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), which also approved the securities prospectus.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Each new bond issue is a testament to investor confidence and the stability of our financial model,\u2019 comments<strong> Ihor Prykhodko, CFO of NovaPay<\/strong>. \u2018We create tools that both private clients and businesses trust. We want every customer to have a reliable and straightforward investment tool that works as easily as daily payments in the app.\u2019<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Series L bonds will soon be available for purchase directly in the NovaPay app. Investors will be able to earn up to 18% per annum, choosing an investment term of 1 to 12 months.
