For the company, 2025 was the year of a complete transition to the cloud, the implementation of a zero-trust security model, and the development of corporate analytics. As a result, the application&#8217;s operational speed has increased by 50%, security has improved, and the foundation for a new generation of fintech solutions has been laid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay moved its key services \u2013 payment core and security systems \u2013 to the cloud. Thanks to solutions from AWS, Google Cloud, and Ukrainian operators, the company built its own hybrid infrastructure, which significantly accelerated customer transactions across its mobile application, POS terminals, and acquiring channels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0421Cybersecurity has been significantly strengthened, and data protection approaches have been updated. The company has carried out a large-scale modernisation of its security systems, which has prevented any cyberattacks from causing incidents or service outages. Thanks to updated monitoring tools, access control, and constant checks, all financial transactions operate continuously, even during peak loads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay has laid the foundation for a system that uses artificial intelligence to detect fraud early. The pilot system learns from real data, enabling risks to be predicted and suspicious activities to be blocked before they can harm customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corporate analytics and data storage have also made significant strides. Over the course of a year, NovaPay has built a centralised DWH (Data Warehouse) that consolidates all customer activity data from all of the company&#8217;s systems. This allows for more effective business decisions, faster responses to user needs, and the preparation of personalised financial offers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay is an international financial service that is part of NOVA (Nova poshta). It has been providing online and offline payment services at more than 3,600 Nova poshta branches for 13 years.
