It takes 5\u201310 seconds to create, after which the buyer can make a payment immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018We strive to make accepting payments as easy as possible for entrepreneurs, comments <strong>Yana Levada, Director of Business Development at NovaPay<\/strong>. \u2018Invoices save time, simplify payment collection, and make the settlement process much more convenient. This is another step towards allowing individual entrepreneurs to focus on their business rather than on the technical details of accepting payments.\u2019<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online invoicing will be especially useful for entrepreneurs without their own website, whose main sales channels are social networks or bulletin boards. This feature is also relevant for freelancers, tutors, coaches, beauty industry workers, handmade product manufacturers, and other small business owners. The feature works as a simple alternative to online acquiring \u2014 no website connection, technical settings, or complex contracts required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrepreneurs can create either a one-time invoice with a specific amount or an invoice that allows payment in any amount. The payer simply follows the link or scans the QR code and pays conveniently: Apple Pay, Google Pay, NovaPay card, or by entering the card details manually.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the new <strong>feature<\/strong>, businesses can:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">control all payments directly in the app;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">see online who paid the invoice and when;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">analyse all invoices sent, and identify the most profitable customers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">receive funds for paid invoices on the same day;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">automatically receive payment records by email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The buyer also benefits: there is no need to enter the recipient&#8217;s details, and the invoice itself is an official document that protects their rights in the event of the seller&#8217;s non-fulfilment of obligations. In addition, electronic invoices provide reliable protection of personal data and guarantee payment security. For the buyer, payment of the invoice is free of charge, regardless of the bank card used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay invoices are also beneficial for the seller. The commission is only 1% when paying with a card from another bank, and if the customer pays with a NovaPay card in the app, there is no commission. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The NovaPay app offers several advantages for business owners. Individual entrepreneurs can open an <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/rakhunok-fop\/\">account<\/a> in a few minutes and enter into a post-payment agreement, allowing them to receive cash on delivery for goods sold daily. Business owners can also conveniently make payments, issue powers of attorney, apply for loans, and much more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay is an international financial service from the NOVA (Nova poshta) group of companies.
