It evaluates companies based on a key criterion: the response of specialists who \u2018<em>would really like to work<\/em>\u2019 there. This indicator shows how attractive an employer&#8217;s brand really is to Ukrainian IT specialists and how much they trust the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The results showed that NovaPay is chosen by various professional groups: middle-level specialists show the greatest interest in the company, for whom product development in the product environment and work on solutions with real market impact are important. Among non-technical areas, NovaPay is particularly attractive to HR, marketing, and sales specialists, confirming the company&#8217;s perception as a mature product ecosystem for business development. At the same time, interest in working at NovaPay has been recorded in the country&#8217;s key business cities \u2013 Kyiv, Lviv, and Dnipro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2025, NovaPay maintains a consistently strong position in the ranking, confirming its reputation as a technology company with ambitious product goals.
