The registration decision has already been approved by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, which also approved the prospectus.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;The thirteenth series is not a cause for superstition, but further proof that Ukrainians are investing even in difficult times. Demand for the instrument is growing, and investor interest remains consistently high,&#8217; comments <strong>Ihor Prykhodko, CFO of NovaPay<\/strong>. &#8216;That is why we have registered another series of corporate bonds \u2013 M. Investing in these securities via the NovaPay app is as easy as making a transfer.&#8217;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Series M bonds will soon be available for purchase directly in the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.novapay.ua\/\">NovaPay app<\/a>. Investors can choose an investment term of 1 to 12 months and receive up to 18% per annum, which is higher than most market deposit rates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/bonds\/\">The registration process<\/a> takes only a few minutes. All documents are signed online via Diya.Sign. There is no need to visit a bank, collect papers, or fill out applications by hand.
