In less than two years, the company has developed a credit system that combines products for individuals and businesses, from credit cards issued in 10 seconds to installment plans and business loans.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;A loan portfolio of UAH 2 billion is not about aggressive growth, but about a responsible strategy. We are consciously building a model in which risks for all parties are minimised, and credit is a tool for development. Every hryvnia in our loan portfolio multiplies across the economy. Installment plans stimulate domestic demand, credit cards facilitate access to goods and services, and business loans support the operational stability of entrepreneurs,&#8217; said <strong>Bohdan Gryvko, Director of Risk Management at NovaPay.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumer lending remains a key driver of portfolio growth, with a volume of <strong>over UAH 1.75 billion<\/strong>. Customers actively use products for daily needs, online purchases, and logistics:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/rozstrochka\/\"><strong>Installment plans<\/strong><\/a> <strong>\u2013 UAH 833 million.<\/strong> The largest product in the portfolio. Its growth directly correlates with the development of e-commerce: the more Ukrainians buy online, the greater the need for convenient installment payment tools.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/credit-card\/\">Credit card<\/a> \u2013 over UAH 620 million.<\/strong> The product was launched only 10 months ago, but 60,000 customers have already used it. Average credit limit \u2013 UAH 30,000. The card also offers up to 20% cashback on delivery payments via Nova poshta and cash-on-delivery fees (provided the parcel is registered for cash-on-delivery), making it advantageous for online purchases.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/credit\/\">Parcel on credit<\/a> \u2013 almost UAH 290 million.<\/strong> A unique product for Ukraine, created thanks to integration with Nova poshta. If a customer has ordered goods with cash-on-delivery but does not have enough funds, they can apply for a loan in the NovaPay app in a few minutes and pick up the parcel immediately.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main audience for NovaPay credit products is Ukrainians aged 26\u201345: active online shoppers and customers of logistics services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The business customer loan portfolio exceeded <strong>UAH 257 million<\/strong>. The financing is aimed at supporting the liquidity of entrepreneurs, online stores, and partners of NOVA Group (Nova poshta).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay continues to invest in developing lending services and implementing technological solutions that ensure a responsible approach, transparency, and convenience for every customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay is an international financial service from the NOVA (Nova poshta) group of companies.
