The financial company NovaPay has announced a significant milestone: its services are now used by 1\u00a0million customers across Ukraine. These include individuals and entrepreneurs who choose NovaPay every day for transactions, payments, and business operations, both online and offline.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOne million customers isn\u2019t just about scale for scale\u2019s sake. It represents a million different financial scenarios in which NovaPay has become a convenient and reliable tool. We build services so that money doesn\u2019t complicate life, but works for people \u2013 whether it\u2019s daily expenses or their own business,<\/em>\u201d comments Ihor Syrovatko, CEO of NovaPay.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Who are NovaPay\u2019s customers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The core of the customer base consists of individuals \u2013 over 900,000 users.
\n<\/span>NovaPay is a service for people of all ages, but its most active audience is aged 25\u201340, comprising over 409,000 customers. It is this group that most frequently uses the app<\/a> as a financial tool: for payments, transfers, and managing funds.<\/span><\/p>\n

In second place is the 40+ age group: it accounts for almost a third of all customers (274,500, 31%). At the same time, NovaPay is actively attracting young people too: over 203,000 customers aged 18\u201325. This breaks the stereotype that fintech is only for young people. Older Ukrainians also appreciate the convenience, speed, and the fact that there is no need to visit a branch.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gender balance: 54% men versus 46% women \u2013 an almost even split, which speaks to the product\u2019s universal appeal.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer base spans the entire country. The largest number of NovaPay users live in the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Lviv regions. But the real highlights aren\u2019t in the big cities. For example, in Zakarpattia and Odesa regions, 51% of customers are women, which is 5 percentage points higher than the national average. And in the Luhansk region, despite the difficult situation, NovaPay has 2,600 active customers \u2013 these are people who have stayed and continue to live, work, and use financial services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Business on a smartphone<\/strong><\/p>\n

A separate segment comprises over 90,000 individual entrepreneurs who have chosen NovaPay to run their businesses.
\n<\/span>52% of NovaPay\u2019s entrepreneurs are women, an unusual but telling figure in the financial market.<\/span><\/p>\n

The largest proportion of individual entrepreneur clients is aged 25\u201340, though the service is actively used by both young entrepreneurs and businesspeople aged 50 and over. The regions with the highest concentration of individual entrepreneurs are Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Odesa, and Lviv regions. Interestingly, in the Odesa region, 57% of individual entrepreneurs are women, and in the Khmelnytskyi region, 56%. This indicates active female entrepreneurship in these regions. Individual entrepreneurs use NovaPay to open accounts, accept payments, process cash-on-delivery payments, manage invoicing, and carry out daily financial transactions without complicated setups or unnecessary red tape.<\/span><\/p>\n

NovaPay is an international financial service that is part of the NOVA Group (Nova poshta). It has been creating convenient financial solutions for individuals and businesses for over 13 years, operating both online and offline across more than 3,600 branches throughout Ukraine.
