The new terms have been in effect since 29 April: they are now simpler, more transparent, and more cost-effective. Businesses now have greater flexibility in choosing a payment model, whilst consumers can save money on <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/pisljaplata\/\">cash-on-delivery<\/a> payments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The best terms apply to those who use a NovaPay account for both receiving funds and making payments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two tariff options have been introduced for <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/pisljaplata-na-rahunok\/\">businesses<\/a>:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\ud83d\udcbc Universal tariff <\/b>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the fee is split between the seller and the buyer:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49 for the seller:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #690dd3;\">0,5%<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 with a NovaPay account;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1,3% \u2013 with an account at another financial institution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49 for the buyer:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #690dd3;\">1% + UAH 10<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 for payments made with NovaPay cards via the NovaPay and Nova poshta mobile apps (in the NovaPay app \u2013 with the option to receive an additional 20% benefit from the fee);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2% + UAH 20 \u2013 for payments made with a card from another financial institution or in cash.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\ud83d\udcbc Standard tariff <\/b>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the seller covers all costs; the buyer pays no fee. The following rates apply:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #690dd3;\">2,5%<\/span><\/strong> \u2013<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0for sellers with a NovaPay account;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3,3% \u2013 for those who receive funds to an account with another financial institution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This approach allows businesses to choose the model that best suits their financial situation and customer experience. At the same time, customers can continue to use the familiar cash-on-delivery format \u2013 checking the goods before paying \u2013 but now on more favorable terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay is an international financial service from the NOVA Group (Nova poshta). It has been creating convenient financial solutions for individuals and businesses for over 13 years, operating both online and offline across more than 3,600 branches throughout Ukraine.
