NovaPay is expanding the options for paying for cash-on-delivery<\/a> parcels more cost-effectively. From 1 June, customers paying for cash-on-delivery purchases with NovaPay cards will be able to pay at a rate of 1% + UAH 10 not only in the NovaPay<\/a> and Nova Poshta mobile apps, but also at branches, self-service checkouts, and when paying via auto-debit.<\/span><\/p>\n

If payment is made in cash or with a card from another financial institution, the fee remains unchanged \u2013 2% + UAH 20.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIn effect, NovaPay is making cash-on-delivery payments cheaper for millions of Ukrainians in the most common shopping scenarios. Today, approximately one in three parcels in Ukraine is sent on a cash-on-delivery basis. For the customer, cash-on-delivery is first and foremost about trust and convenience: seeing the goods first and paying later. We want this scenario to be not only convenient, but also more cost-effective for NovaPay users,<\/em>\u201d comments Yana Levada, Acting Deputy CEO for Retail Business at NovaPay.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

How it works in practice:
\n<\/span>\ud83d\udc49 during payment, the terminal initially displays the full fee amount, as the system does not yet know which card will be used for the payment;<\/span>
\n<\/span>\ud83d\udc49 once you apply your NovaPay card or NovaPay credit card, the fee is automatically deducted, and the amount is reduced\ud83d\udc4d<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, NovaPay app users can enjoy a 20% benefit<\/a> on cash-on-delivery fees and delivery charges when paying via the NovaPay app.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a reminder, on 29 April, NovaPay updated its cash-on-delivery rates for merchants and customers, making them simpler and more cost-effective. Businesses can now choose between two pricing models depending on their financial situation and customer scenario, whilst Ukrainians can save on cash-on-delivery charges. The most favourable terms apply to users of NovaPay accounts and cards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Business clients have already taken note of the new rates: in May 2026, the number of entrepreneurs who switched their cash-on-delivery payments to NovaPay accounts more than doubled.
