This rating indicates the company\u2019s very high capacity to meet its debt obligations in full and on time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The assessment is based on NovaPay\u2019s performance in the first quarter of 2026. According to the rating agency, the company is demonstrating stable growth and maintaining a high level of financial stability. Particular note is made of the quality and diversification of the loan portfolio, which exceeds UAH 2.2 billion. At the same time, over 8,000 customers have become holders of NovaPay bonds, and total sales have exceeded UAH 4 billion, underscoring the high level of confidence among investors.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<em>The confirmation of the uaAA rating is an independent assessment of NovaPay\u2019s financial stability and the high quality of our loan portfolio. For us, this is also an important sign of confidence from the market and investors, confirming the effectiveness of our chosen development strategy and our responsible approach to fulfilling our obligations,<\/em>\u201d said <strong>Yana Levada, Director of Retail Business Development at NovaPay<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The rating agency also highlighted NovaPay\u2019s positive track record in the corporate bond market. The company has already successfully redeemed two issues \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/pogashennya-obligatsii-na-100-mln\/\">Series C<\/a> \u00a0worth UAH 100 million, due in 2025, and <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/pogashennya-obligatsii-100mln-grn\/\">Series A<\/a>\u00a0worth UAH 100 million, due in 2026.
