He took up his post on 11 August 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ihor Prykhodko has over 23 years of experience working in the banking sector and non-bank financial institutions. He has held senior management positions since 2005. Over the years, he has worked at leading Ukrainian banks, including Nadra Bank, TAScombank, and other financial institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Ihor Prykhodko joined the NovaPay team in November 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Over the course of ten years with the company, he has become one of the key architects of its development, having initiated, developed, and implemented a range of financial products and services that are now integral to NovaPay\u2019s business.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIhor has been with NovaPay throughout its ten-year journey and knows the company inside out. He was directly involved in implementing key transformations that enabled NovaPay to become one of the leaders in Ukraine\u2019s financial market. I am convinced that his experience, strategic vision, and deep understanding of the business will help the company move into the next stage of its development,\u201d said Viacheslav Klymov, co-founder of the NOVA group of companies.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Before his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Ihor held most of the key management roles within the banking sector, gaining comprehensive experience in financial management, risk management, business development, and commercial operations. It is precisely this combination of expertise that enables him to understand client needs, regulatory requirements, and the company\u2019s ambitious plans for further development equally well. In 2022, Ihor Prykhodko voluntarily enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, took part in combat operations, and was subsequently awarded veteran status. After completing his military service, he returned to NovaPay and continued to develop the company.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNovaPay is currently in a phase of active growth. My task is to maintain this momentum and ensure that the company\u2019s strategy does not remain on paper, but is embodied in the team\u2019s day-to-day decisions.
