This is the third year running that Yana has received this recognition. This year, she was recognised in the FINTECH VISION category.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The annual survey brings together female leaders who are shaping the development of financial technology and innovation in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Yana has over 18 years\u2019 experience in banking and fintech, including more than 13 years in senior management roles. In 2016, Yana joined the NovaPay team. She has headed the Business Development Department since December 2023 and is currently developing the company\u2019s retail business. Under her leadership, the NovaPay app was created, and Cash2Card, Tap-To-Phone, and an online payment service for Nova poshta customers were launched.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u2018What inspires me most is the opportunity to bring about change. Realising that your work makes someone\u2019s life easier is the best motivation to keep going. It is particularly valuable that my work and NovaPay\u2019s contribution to the development of Ukrainian fintech have been recognised in this ranking for the third year running. The market, technology, and people\u2019s expectations are changing \u2013 and along with them, we and the products we create are changing, too.
