The same rating has been assigned to new bond issues \u2013 Series N and O. The rating was confirmed by the Standard-Rating agency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ratings have been updated following an analysis of NovaPay\u2019s performance in the first half of 2026. The uaAA rating indicates the company\u2019s very high capacity to meet its debt obligations in full and on time. It is also an important indicator of the company\u2019s financial reliability.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe confirmation of the uaAA rating and its assignment to the new bond issues represents an important independent assessment of NovaPay\u2019s financial stability. For investors, this provides an additional benchmark of the instrument\u2019s reliability, whilst for us it confirms that we can continue to develop our investment activities, fulfilling our obligations and channeling the funds raised towards expanding lending to Ukrainians and businesses,\u201d said Yana Levada, Director of Retail Business Development at NovaPay.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new Series N and O bonds each have a total nominal value of UAH 200 million, with a face value of UAH 1,000 per bond and an interest rate of 18% per annum. The company will use the funds raised through the issue to provide loans to individuals and businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NovaPay has a strong track record in the corporate bond market. The company has already successfully redeemed three issues of its own bonds totalling UAH 300 million: <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/pogashennya-obligatsii-na-100-mln\/\">Series C<\/a> in September 2025, <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/pogashennya-obligatsii-100mln-grn\/\">Series A<\/a> in April 2026, and <a href=\"https:\/\/novapay.ua\/novapay-pogasiv-obligatsii-seriib\/\">Series B<\/a> in July 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* The issuer of the bonds is NovaPay Credit LLC<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The credit rating of NovaPay* and ten series of the company\u2019s corporate bonds has been confirmed at uaAA on the national scale.
