Why does the customer need to provide a package of documents?
As a payment institution, NovaPay must conduct proper customer verification, in particular to establish business relationships. This is stipulated in Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Preventing and Combating the Legalisation (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction’ and Appendix 1 to NBU Regulation No. 107. Due diligence is carried out based on official documents or their copies submitted by the customer (or a person acting on their behalf) and certified in accordance with the established procedure.
Who pays for Nova poshta's ‘Reliable Purchase’ service?
The buyer pays the cost of delivery services. The seller pays the NovaPay commission for the transfer of funds. NovaPay debits the fee from the amount transferred to the seller.
How much does ‘Reliable Purchase’ cost?
The cost of delivery services is paid according to Nova poshta's tariffs. The fee for the transfer of funds is set separately for each counterparty, in accordance with the tariff for the transfer of funds using Internet acquiring technology.
What happens if the buyer refuses the parcel?
If the ‘Reliable Purchase’ service is used, the reserved funds will be returned to the buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.
