- The recipient can choose at which of the 3,500 Nova poshta branches to receive their transfer

- Only legal entities can be the sender of the transfer, and individuals can be the recipients of bulk payments
- Transfer amount – up to UAH 399,999
- Service fee – 1.5% of the transfer amount, but not less than UAH 10
- The service is paid by the sender
- The sender has the opportunity to revoke the transfer before the payment is made
- The transfer is paid out in cash at Nova poshta branches or credited to a NovaPay card or bank card
