How to pay for your loved ones

The payer must use the latest version of the application. To do this, it must be updated in time
The parcel to be paid for must be physically delivered by the sender to Nova poshta
The amount that can be paid online cannot exceed UAH 29,999

Online payment for another person is unavailable when a parcel is sent to the recipient’s address by courier, which must be paid in favor of a legal entity along with Nova poshta services. If you need to pay only for Nova poshta services or the cost of goods in favor of an individual, you can use the service
