Individual entrepreneurs and businesses that have concluded a relevant agreement or an additional agreement to the current post-payment agreement with NovaPay LLC can deposit cash into the current account.
To start cooperation, the NovaPay Financial Monitoring Department must verify and approve customers.

Cash can be deposited at Nova poshta branches, where NovaPay financial services are provided only by full-time employees of the client company who have a corresponding power of attorney from the company or a notarized one.
All authorized representatives must be identified and verified according to NovaPay standards.
The exclusive list of authorized representatives of the company is agreed upon when concluding the agreement and is entered into it.

To connect NovaPay services for business, prepare a package of documents following your company's ownership form. Leave a request for connection in the feedback form at the bottom of this page or by calling the NovaPay contact center for business customers at 0 800 30 49 49.
Contracts are concluded only in electronic format through the Vchasno document management service.

Funds deposited before 21:00 will be credited to the NovaPay individual entrepreneur's account on the same day. If you deposit the revenue at another time, we will transfer it the next day by 15:00.

For other accounts:

• funds deposited before 15:00 will be transferred on the same day;
• funds deposited after 15:00 will be transferred the next day until 15:00.
