If your business does not yet cooperate with NovaPay, you will need the following documents to open an account:

• Application form
• Identification data of managers and documents confirming their powers
• Registration documents of the legal entity

• A letter of confirmation that the previously provided data is up-to-date
• A list of account managers and documents confirming the powers of these persons

👉 Cash-on-delivery is credited to the NovaPay account on the day the buyer pays for the goods and not on the next business day, as for bank accounts.

👉 Favourable rates for receiving payments:

• to a NovaPay account – 0.5%;
• to another account – 1.3%.

Your NovaPay account is eagerly awaiting payments from your customers, and what’s more, the funds will be credited on the same day at a favourable rate of 0.5%.
But first, you need to sign an agreement to credit cash on delivery to your account. To do this, leave a request using this link and wait for a manager to call you.

You will receive the cash on delivery to your NovaPay account for legal entities on the same day your customer pays for the parcel if it happens before 21:00.
If the payment is made later, we will transfer the money by 15:00 the next day.

The most common reason for the delay in cash-on-delivery is that the parcel is received at a collection point instead of a regular Nova poshta branch or parcel locker.

A collection point is a branch located, for example, in a shop or pharmacy. Since a collection point (CP) is not a full-fledged Nova poshta branch, there are no NovaPay cash desks for financial transactions.
To transfer money, the information is transferred to the nearest branch with NovaPay cash desks. As a result, the time it takes to receive the money may vary depending on the region. Usually, it takes 2-5 days.

On the same day, if you deposit cash before 21:00 at Nova poshta branches where NovaPay financial services are provided.
The next day until 15:00 if you deposit the proceeds at another time.

With your NovaPay business payment account, you can:

• receive funds in national currency from business activities, including cash on delivery using the Payment Control service
• make payments with counterparties in national currency
• make budget payments
• transfer funds in national currency to your account opened in the bank

Currently, account opening and transactions in foreign currencies are not available.

With a salary project from NovaPay, you get:
