👉After processing the application, sign the investor documents in the application and pay the cost of the bonds.

NovaPay bonds are corporate non-convertible securities of NovaPay Credit LLC with a fixed interest rate. We issued them through a public offering. Currently, only individuals can buy bonds through the NovaPay app.
The term is from 1 to 12 months. Accordingly, upon expiration of the chosen term, we will return the invested amount and pay the accrued income, from which taxes will be withheld.
❌Early redemption is not available.

To buy bonds, you need a broker – a company licensed to deal in securities. So we will help you conclude an agreement with the broker "Univer Capital" (license of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission No. 487 dated 21.04.16) and open a securities account. Everything will be done in the NovaPay app via Diia.Signature in a few minutes👌

The income is taxed similarly to the income from a bank deposit. It is 23 % for individuals: personal income tax – 18 %, and military duty – 5 %.
These funds will be withheld before the income is paid out.

After the investment term expires, taxes will be withheld from your income:

• 18 % personal income tax;
• 5 % military duty.

Most investors will be able to buy bonds using the NovaPay app without additional documents. However, users who invest significant amounts need an income statement from Diia.
👆When the investment amount reaches UAH 400,000, we will ask you to confirm the origin of the funds.
It's easy:
👉Get an OK-5 or OK-7 certificate in the Diia app.
👉Go from the NovaPay app to online support and send us the documents.
👉After the documents are verified, the limit for buying bonds in your mobile application will increase.

You can usually buy bonds via the NovaPay app without any additional documents. However, if you plan to invest significant amounts, you will need to obtain a proof of income certificate via Diia.

When your investment reaches UAH 400,000, we will ask you to confirm the source of your funds. It’s simple:
👉 Obtain an OK-5 or OK-7 certificate signed by the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) via the Diia app, the Diia portal, or the Pension Fund’s web portal.
👉 Upload the resulting Zip archive or two files – a PDF and a signed file – to the app.
Once the documents are verified, the limit for purchasing bonds will be increased.
