Olha Mykhailichenko

Olha Mykhailichenko has 23 years of experience in financial management in financial, industrial companies, and government institutions. She holds an MBA degree in Finance.

She has worked as a CFO and chief accountant, specializing in financial transformation, creating budgeting and planning systems, and implementing financial, document management, and accounting automation projects. She was also responsible for the modernization of financial teams and interaction with audit firms.

Since November 2016, Olha has been a member of the NovaPay team. Her areas of expertise include organizing accounting and tax accounting, ensuring control over the support of financial transactions, cash discipline in the network branches, preparing consolidated financial statements of the NovaPay group, developing accounting policies, supporting and maintaining the accounting function of the NovaPay group in Ukraine and abroad.
