Who can apply for the NovaPay installment plan?
The installment plan is available to citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 69 who have installed the mobile application and have a NovaPay card.

You can apply for an installment plan in different ways only in the NovaPay app. Choose the most convenient one for you 👍
👉 Click on the "Loans" menu at the bottom of the screen. Then click on "Calculate limit" to find out your maximum amount - it is determined by your personal credit limit. The minimum installment amount is UAH 500.
👉 From the transaction details: select a payment of UAH 500 or more in the History and click on "Transfer into installments".
What transactions can be transferred into installments and for what amount?
You can transfer transactions from UAH 500 up to the amount specified in your personal credit limit in installments.
⛔Exceptions: gambling, payment for international delivery by Nova Poshta Global, bonds.
Can I get an installment plan without a specific payment?
Yes, of course. You can apply for an installment plan and receive money on your NovaPay card. And then you decide what to do with it😉
How do I pay for the installment plan?
Pay for the installment plan in equal monthly installments in our stylish NovaPay app 1. Click on "Loans" at the bottom of the screen and select the loan you need. 2. Then click on "Repay". You will see the date and amount of the following payment. 3. Select the required amount and pay by card.
The payment schedule is described in the loan passport, which you receive a link to during the application process.

When do I have to pay the installment?
The first installment must be paid by the 25th day of the month following the month in which the installment plan was registered. Then, pay in equal installments by the 25th day of the month in the NovaPay application. The date of the last payment is the date of the loan disbursement.
You can pay the monthly installment a few days before the scheduled date. This is useful if the payment is made using the NovaPay Credit details at the bank or through online services.
The NovaPay app also makes it easy to keep track of your loans. For example, you can see the date of your next payment in the "Loans" section.
The full payment schedule is described in the loan passport, which you will receive a link to in the message when you apply for a loan.
Who provides the loan?
The loan is provided by NovaPay Credit LLC, which is part of the NovaPay financial group and part of the NOVA group of companies. The company has all the necessary licenses and permits from the NBU. More about NovaPay Credit LLC
Will you check my credit history?
Yes, when calculating the limit, you must agree that NovaPay Credit will receive your credit history.
What are the terms and conditions of the installment plan?
👉 The loan is granted for a period of 1 to 36 months. 👉 The annual interest rate for using the loan is 0.00001%. 👉 The loan servicing fee – 3.5% per month of the borrowed amount. 👉 Real annual interest rate – from 51,98% to 84,27%. 👉 The loan can be issued for the amount from UAH 500 to the amount specified in your personal credit limit. 👉 You need to pay the loan in equal monthly installments.
Can I get a new installment plan if the previous one still needs to be paid?
Yes. You can apply for a new installment plan within your personal credit limit.
How much will I overpay for the entire period of using the installment plan?
You will see detailed information about all the terms and payments during the registration of the installment plan in the NovaPay application and in the documents that will be generated during the registration.
However, we imagine you borrow UAH 5,000 in installments for 12 months. Let's do the math. Monthly payment: 5,000/12+5,000*3.5%=UAH 591.67. Total overpayment on the loan: 5 000*3.5%*12=UAH 2,100.04 Total cost of the loan: UAH 7,100.04
How is the credit limit calculated?
Your personal credit limit is calculated after your request in the NovaPay application😉
The calculation is based on the number and value of your cash-on-delivery orders in Nova poshta over the past 6 months, your credit history, monthly income, and other factors that affect your solvency.
Why do I have no credit limit?
Most likely, we do not have enough information about you to calculate your credit limit. It is calculated automatically based on the number and value of your cash on delivery orders in Nova Poshta over the past 6 months, your credit history, monthly income, and other factors that affect your solvency.
Why can't I apply for an installment plan?
You can apply for an installment plan only for UAH 500 or more and up to your personal credit limit.

The personal credit limit is calculated based on the number and value of your cash-on-delivery orders at Nova poshta over the past 6 months, your credit history, monthly income, and other factors that affect your solvency.
Can I repay the installment plan early?
Yes, of course. You can repay the loan in full early without additional fees and interest by paying only the fee for the current month.
What happens if I pay more than the amount indicated in the schedule?
If you pay a larger amount than the scheduled payment, the excess will be used to repay the principal (body) of the loan👌
As the total debt is reduced, we will adjust the payment schedule: if the overpayment is equal to or greater than the scheduled payment, the loan term will be reduced by the corresponding number of payments. The payment will remain the same.
You can print out an updated repayment schedule at any Nova poshta branch if necessary.
How can I repay the installment plan early and how much does it cost?
Find out the amount you need to pay to make a full repayment. You can do this in the mobile application, at any Nova poshta branch, or by calling the contact center at 0 800 30 79 79 .

The services are provided at NovaPay points located in Nova Poshta branches
. You must provide your passport to pay UAH 5,000 or more at Nova poshta.
In case of full repayment, interest is charged only for the actual number of days of using the loan (0.00001% per annum) and a loan servicing fee of 3.5% of the borrowed amount for each month of use.
There are no additional fees or penalties for early repayment.
What if the borrower is called up for military service?
We are grateful to everyone who has stood up to defend Ukraine.
Borrowers in the military are exempt from paying interest on loans. They are also not subject to fines and penalties for late repayment.
These privileges are provided for by the Law "On Social and Legal Protection of Servicemen and Members of Their Families".
To receive the privilege, the borrower or their close relatives must notify the bank of their military service and provide supporting documents:
- a military ID-card with service marks in the relevant sections
- or a certificate of call-up for military service issued by a military commissariat or military unit
- for reservists – an extract from the order or a certificate of enrollment in the military unit
- other documents confirming military service

Where can I find out about my current debt and how much I have to pay?
You can find out everything about your debt, the amount and date of the following payment, and other loan information in the NovaPay mobile application, at the Nova poshta branch, or at the NovaPay contact center.
In the NovaPay app, go to the "Loans" menu at the bottom of the screen. After that, select the desired loan from the list and go to the loan details. There, you will see the amount of debt on the loan, the amount and status of the current payment, and the date by which it is due.
