Almost 6,000 Ukrainians purchased NovaPay bonds worth UAH 1.7 billion

5,900 Ukrainians became NovaPay* investors and purchased the company’s securities worth a total of UAH 1.7 billion. Over UAH 779 million of this amount was invested through the NovaPay mobile app.

80% of purchases in the app are investments of up to UAH 50,000. These statistics show that bonds are becoming an accessible and convenient tool not only for experienced investors but also for first-time investors.

Our bonds are not just about profitability. They are about convenience, speed, and reliability,” — comments NovaPay CFO Ihor Prykhodko. You can buy securities simply in the mobile app. There is no need to visit brokers, sign papers, or make unnecessary phone calls. We have made this tool as clear and accessible as possible. And the uaAA+ credit rating confirms NovaPay’s reliability as an issuer.

NovaPay offers private, business, and institutional investors a wide range of investment terms (from 1 to 12 months), with flexible conditions and competitive rates:

  • 1 month — 10% per annum,
  • 2 months — 12%,
  • 3 months — 14.5%,
  • 4 months — 16.5%,
  • 6 and 9 months — 17.5%,
  • 12 months — 18% per annum.

This is the broadest range of terms among similar instruments on the market. Among other things, NovaPay bonds allow for flexible planning of short-term investments — an option that banks, government bonds, or most other issuers do not currently offer. Customers who already have bank deposits or government bonds in their portfolios use NovaPay bonds as a diversification tool with flexible terms and attractive rates.

As a reminder, NovaPay made its first public offering of its corporate bonds in the spring of 2023, becoming the first private issuer of such securities on the Ukrainian capital market since the start of the full-scale war. As of summer 2025, NovaPay has registered ten corporate bond issues with a total issue volume of UAH 1 billion. NovaPay allocates the majority of the funds (80%) raised through bonds to consumer lending to individuals, with the remaining 20% going to support small businesses and entrepreneurs.

NovaPay is an international financial service with 13 years of experience. It is part of the NOVA (Nova poshta) group of companies. Today, NovaPay serves customers both online and in more than 3,600 Nova poshta branches across the country. The company was the first non-banking institution in Ukraine to receive an extended licence from the NBU, which allows it to open accounts and issue payment cards.
