What is the Case?
It is a convenient way to raise money for a curtain aim or without. And also an opportunity to organize joint collections with acquaintances and unknowns – not only with NovaPay clients👏 Create a Case in the app and share its link
Is there a minimum deposit amount?
Yes, the minimum amount is 1 UAH 😎
What is the maximum size of one Case?
You can store a maximum of UAH 99,999,999.99 on the Case. Yes, that's almost 100 million UAH. Not bad, right? 😉
How can I withdraw money from the Case?
You can withdraw the required amount from the Case to your purple card or shake all the money out of the Case if you no longer need it
How to deposit money to the Case?
There are several ways to transfer money to your Case: 👉 you can transfer a specific amount to your Case in the application or set up regular transfers 👉 your friends, acquaintances, and anyone else can transfer money to your Case via the link. You can also top up other people's Cases via the link 👉 you can also transfer money to the Case using its details
What is the maximum amount that can be deposited to the Case?
The maximum amount can be deposited to the Case at one time: ✅ by NovaPay card – 100 000 UAH ✅ other cards – UAH 29,999. However, the bank that issued your card may set its own limits for transfers from its cards
How many cases can I create?
You can collect up to 3 Cases at a time. If you want to create the 4th, you need to shake out at least one
What account is opened for the Case?
A separate account is opened for each Case, to which a payment card is linked
Is there a fee for servicing the Case?
You do not pay anything for creating and maintaining the Case 🤩
What is Case top-up via link?
This is an opportunity to collect a Case together with your friends. For example, as a gift or for classroom curtains
What are the limits and restrictions on depositing and withdrawing money from the Case?
The amount you can deposit to your Case depends on the way you do it. You can find all the limits on the NovaPay website here You can withdraw money and empty your Case without any limits on the amount
What documents do I need to sign when creating the Case?
When creating the Case, you sign the Application Form to open an account. And that's it! 😉
Is interest accrued on the balance of funds in the Case?
No, it is not 🤷
Is it possible to pay with a card linked to the Case or withdraw money at ATMs and POS terminals?
No, you can't. To use the money collected on the Case, withdraw the required amount to your purple card or shake all the money out of the Case if you no longer need it
Can I add the Case card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?
No, you can't. To use the money collected on the Case, withdraw the required amount to your purple card or shake all the money out of the Case
Can I raise the Case for charity?
You can raise funds for your own projects and goals, as well as for charity. You choose how to spend the money raised
Can NovaPay request supporting documents if the Case is used for charity fundraising?
Yes, NovaPay can request documents to confirm the charitable purpose of the Case 😇
