NovaPay Invoice is a way to quickly issue an invoice to a customer in the NovaPay app in the form of a link or QR code

Individual entrepreneurs who have: a payment account with NovaPay & a cash-on-delivery agreement connected to it
How do I connect the Invoice service?

How do I create an invoice?
Just enter the name, amount, order number and purpose in the NovaPay app. Then send the customer a payment link

Yes, you can
What should I do if I entered the incorrect payment amount when creating an Invoice?
You cannot edit an Invoice. But you can create a new one. It takes less than a minute 😉
I don't know the customer's email address. How can I send them an invoice for payment?
No problem. You can send an Invoice via messenger using their phone number. Or copy the link to the invoice and send it in a chat — either via Instagram Direct or in a comment to the order
Who pays the fee for using the Invoice service?
The fee is paid by the individual entrepreneur who receives the money. Their customers pay the exact amount specified when creating the Invoice via a link or QR code
How long does it take to connect to the Invoice service?
🕘 If the connection request is submitted during business hours (Mon–Thu 9:00–17:00, Fri until 16:00), we will review it on the same day 🛑 If it is submitted on a non-working day, we will review it on the next working day
Can I create payment links directly in my CRM?
Yes, if you have connected the Internet acquiring service and integrated it with our API. 👉 Detailed connection terms and conditions are available here
Can I cancel an invoice?
Yes, if it hasn’t been paid yet. Once cancelled, it can no longer be paid
Can I pay an invoice more than once?
No, currently each invoice can only be paid once
