The first billion: NovaPay loan portfolio reaches UAH 1 billion

NovaPay* has recorded another achievement: as of the beginning of April 2025, the company’s loan portfolio exceeded UAH 1 billion.

“This indicator is about the trust of our customers – Ukrainians and businesses. After all, 80% of our portfolio is consumer lending, and another 20% is lending to entrepreneurs. We see that all categories of customers need easy and understandable products and, at the same time, affordable resources, and we are happy to be a reliable partner in business development and daily expenses. Our approach to lending remains responsible and transparent, which allows us to maintain the high quality of our loan portfolio,” – comments Bohdan Hryvko, Chief Risk Officer of NovaPay.

Over the past year, NovaPay’s loan portfolio has grown almost 2.5 times. The most intensive growth was in the second half of 2024 due to the active development of the NovaPay app and the launch of new loan products.

As a reminder, NovaPay customers can easily and quickly apply for the Instalment Plan and Parcel on Credit in the app with just a few clicks. Those who receive a salary on a NovaPay card as part of a salary project have an additional opportunity to apply for the ‘Salary Urgent’ service with extremely attractive terms. Also, since last summer, NovaPay has been lending to entrepreneurs – merchant customers of Nova Poshta and NovaPay.

NovaPay is an international financial service part of the NOVA group of companies (Nova poshta). For almost 13 years, it has provided online and offline payment services in more than 3,600 Nova poshta branches. NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended NBU license, which allowed it to open accounts and issue cards.

* The loan is provided by NovaPay Credit LLC. The financial company’s license was reissued by the NBU on 12.03.2024
