NovaPay combines delivery and payment in one click with the new Checkout

NovaPay is expanding its e-commerce solutions by introducing Checkout, an innovative service that combines ordering and payment into a single, seamless process. Checkout is already available for business customers selling goods through online stores. Customers only need to enter their phone number, and the system will automatically recognise and enter all the customer’s details, from first and last name to their favourite branch or parcel locker.

How Checkout works and its advantages

For customers:

• checkout speed – the processing time is reduced from one and a half minutes to 20 seconds;
• automatic data filling – the system recognises the first and last name, as well as the address for convenient delivery by the customer’s phone number;
• delivery flexibility – you can change the usual delivery method if necessary;
• security – all payment transactions are carried out on the NovaPay side, no need to enter card details on third-party websites;
• choice of payment method – payment can be made either immediately in the application or upon receipt of the goods.

For online stores:

• increased conversion – a simplified ordering process increases the number of completed purchases;
• full automation – from processing to the creation of electronic invoices;
• turnkey solution – no additional costs for integration with a logistics operator and payment company;
• favourable tariffs – the connection is completely free, and there are no fees for merchants when paying with a NovaPay card. For payments made by cards of other banks, the process is no different from other online payments.
