Convenient payments and quick access to support: what’s new in the NovaPay app

NovaPay has updated its app to make it even more convenient for customers. The following new features are now available in the NovaPay app:

• a cost calculator on the transfer screen. The P2P transfers and split payments screens now have a cost calculator function. You can quickly calculate the required amount right in the app before making a transfer;
• quick access to the support chat. All registration screens now have a button to instantly go to the support chat, where you can connect to an operator in 10-15 seconds without interrupting the registration process;
• generating an account statement through the contact center. If, for some reason, the user does not have access to the account, they can contact the contact center and receive the required statement.

The NovaPay app, which more than 600,000 customers have already chosen, has several advantages: fast payments and transfers, up to 20% benefit on delivery and cash-on-delivery fees, attractive lending terms – installments and parcels on credit, investment opportunities, and competitive rates.

NovaPay is an international financial service that is part of the NOVA group of companies (Nova poshta). It has provided online and offline payment services in more than 3,600 Nova poshta branches for almost 13 years. NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended NBU license, which allowed it to open accounts and issue cards.
