NovaPay adds new features for individual entrepreneurs: payment templates and cash-on-delivery registers are now available in the mobile app

NovaPay continues to improve its app’s financial services for entrepreneurs. Now, individual entrepreneurs can create templates and upload cash-on-delivery registers in the app.

Templates for payments greatly simplify regular financial transactions, the data for which was previously entered manually. These include transfers by IBAN, budget payments, and transfers from an individual entrepreneur’s account to an individual’s own card.

You can create templates:

• on the templates list screen,
• from the details of any individual entrepreneur’s payment,
• after the payment is successfully completed.

You can also set up an auto-payment with mandatory confirmation for templates. The application will remind you of the payment date and offer to confirm it with just one click.

Individual entrepreneurs can now create a cash-on-delivery control register or payment control in the app. This is an indispensable tool for entrepreneurs who receive cash-on-delivery for parcels sent by Nova Poshta.

Previously, customers received daily payment registers for the previous day by email. Now, with the new functionality, customers can:

• create a register for any period on their own;
• receive the register in a convenient format and share it with colleagues via email, any messenger, etc;
• view information in a few clicks in the mobile application.

In July of this year, NovaPay gave entrepreneurs the opportunity to open a payment account in its app. The functionality allows you to easily and quickly get a virtual business card and online access to major financial services, issue powers of attorney, and deposit and withdraw cash from your account at Nova poshta branches with a barcode in the NovaPay app.
