NovaPay has registered the tenth issue of corporate bonds for UAH 100 million

NovaPay* has registered its tenth issue of corporate bonds – series J – for UAH 100 million. The decision and prospectus were approved by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC).

“This is the anniversary issue, and its purpose remains the same – to attract investments for lending to our clients. The bulk of the funds (80%) will be used for consumer lending for individuals, and another 20% will be used to support small businesses and entrepreneurs,” — says Ihor Prykhodko, NovaPay’s CFO.

The J series bonds will soon be available for purchase in the NovaPay app. The process will take a few minutes, and the documents will be executed online via Diia.Signature.

As of April 2025, private clients’ and businesses’ investments in NovaPay bonds have already amounted to more than UAH 1.3 billion, and the number of investors has exceeded 4,800 clients.

In 2023, NovaPay made three public issues of interest-bearing bonds of UAH 100 million each in series A, B, and C. In 2024, it issued six more bond series: D, E, F, G, H, and I. NovaPay’s corporate bonds have a uaAA credit rating assigned by Standard-Rating, which indicates a very high creditworthiness compared to other instruments on the market.

* The issuer of the bonds is NovaPay Credit LLC.
