How it works
🔖 Go to the “Bonus” section at the bottom of the NovaPay app screen and check the available offers. Every month, a benefit of up to 20% for 6 cash-on-delivery parcels is activated there.
📦 In the “Nova poshta” or “Bonus” section, select the parcel you want to pay for. To find out what services you need to pay for, tap on the arrow in the “Payments” menu.
💳 Choose your NovaPay card for payment. Make sure the “Get the benefit” switch is activated.

The maximum amount of one cash on delivery:
✅ to NovaPay card – 399 999 грн;
✅ to other bank cards – 29 999 грн;
✅ cash withdrawal – UAH 399,999.
In case you receive cash on delivery to the card, the money will be credited to it within 30 minutes after the payment.
Cash on delivery can be received in cash the next day at a convenient Nova poshta branch. To receive a transfer at a branch, you need an identity document.

How to send a cash on delivery parcel?
You can send a cash-on-delivery parcel at a Nova poshta branch or from a Nova poshta parcel locker. To do this, create an invoice for sending the parcel in the Nova poshta mobile app or your account on the website and select the return delivery method – money transfer.
Or, when sending the parcel from a branch, inform the operator about the cash on delivery.
How can I receive money for a cash on delivery parcel?
Choose how you want to receive the money:
- to a NovaPay card;
- to a card of any Ukrainian bank;
- in cash at a Nova poshta branch.
Specify your preferred payment method when sending the parcel. You will receive the money after the buyer gets it: in 30 minutes in case of crediting to the card or the next day in case of getting it in cash.
What are the conditions for receiving money to the card for cash on delivery parcels?
- The money will be credited to the card within 30 minutes after the buyer receives the shipment.
- The maximum amount per one cash on delivery in case of crediting to a NovaPay card is UAH 399,999.
- The maximum amount per one cash on delivery in case of crediting to a card of any Ukrainian bank is UAH 29,999.
- The buyer pays a fee of 2% + UAH 20 - the recipient of the parcel.
- If the money has not been credited to a card, you can receive it at any Nova poshta branch the next day. We will notify you by SMS.
What are the conditions for receiving cash at Nova Poshta for cash on delivery?
- The money will be received the next day after the buyer receives the parcel.
- The transfer can be received at any Nova poshta branch.
- The maximum amount of cash on delivery for cash pickup is UAH 399,999.99.
- To receive a significant amount, you should pre-order cash at the branch.
- The sender or the recipient can pay a commission of 2% + UAH 20.
- You need an identity document to receive a money transfer in a branch.
If you expect a large amount of cash, you should order it in advance. To do this, visit a convenient Nova Poshta branch and ask the operator. He or she will help you check the availability of funds and inform you whether it will be possible to receive the required amount in the selected branch the next day or whether you should go to another branch.
What is the cash delivery cost if I pay in the Nova poshta app?
In the Nova poshta mobile app, you can pay for a parcel sent by cash on delivery. You can find the desired parcel in the "Pay for the parcel" section.
If you pay for cash on delivery in the Nova Poshta app, you pay the same tariff as if you paid at a branch - 2% of the value of the cargo + UAH 20. There is no additional fee for paying cash on delivery online.
Can I get money for the goods on my card if I have chosen "To the branch" when sending them?
Yes, don't worry! In the NovaPay app, go to the "Transfers" menu and select "To card". If you don't see your transfer, try to find it by number.

No, you can only pay for parcels with a 20% discount in the NovaPay mobile app with your NovaPay card. The benefit is not valid if you pay for a parcel with a card outside the NovaPay app.
Can I get the benefit when paying using the Nova poshta app?
No, you can get the benefit only in the NovaPay app. If you pay in the Nova Poshta app or at the Nova Poshta branch, the benefit is not valid. When you pay in the Nova poshta app, you can go to the NovaPay app just in one touch, register there, top up your NovaPay card, and pay with the benefit immediately.
Can I get a benefit from bulk payment for parcels in the NovaPay app?
Yes, you can. Just select the cash-on-delivery parcels you need and pay in one click. You can get the benefit for 6 parcels per month.

Who is responsible if I was mistakenly refused delivery of a cash-on-delivery parcel?
It's simple:
- NovaPay is responsible for the money. If your cash-on-delivery service (specifically payment for parcels) has been restricted, please get in touch with us at 0 800 30 79 79
- Nova poshta is responsible for the delivery. If the ability to send or receive parcels has been restricted, but the payment for the parcel has not been restricted, please get in touch with the Nova poshta contact centre at 0 800 50 06 09
