Half a million people use the NovaPay app

The number of customers using the NovaPay mobile application has reached half a million. Every day since 13 December 2023, when the first non-bank payment application in Ukraine was launched, 1,300 Ukrainians have joined the app.

«As of the end of December, we have more than 471,000 individual customers and more than 30,000 individual entrepreneurs, – says Oleksii Ruban, NovaPay’s Chief Innovation Officer. – Traditional payments and transfers are among the most popular services. The rates are favorable, and the payments are extremely fast and easy. Also, Ukrainians often use parcels on credit, installments, benefits for delivery services and cash-on-delivery fees – with its help, they have saved more than UAH 60 million in a little over a year».

In addition to all types of everyday financial services for private clients such as payments, loans, and investments, the NovaPay app offers a full range of services for individual entrepreneurs: opening an account, making payments and transfers, receiving business cards, receiving cash-on-delivery to account day-to-day, issuing powers of attorney, and much more.

NovaPay is an international financial service part of the NOVA group of companies (Nova poshta). It has provided online and offline payment services in more than 3,600 Nova poshta outlets for 12 years. NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended NBU license, which allowed it to open accounts and issue cards.
