NovaPay to Open Accounts for Legal Entities
04 November, 2024

Ukrainian companies can now open an account with NovaPay. Account opening and maintenance, as well as all payments and transfers, are free of charge.
Along with the opened account, each client immediately receives a personal manager and a personal business cabinet with a wide range of features:
- remote account management for the CEO and authorized persons;
- multi-cabinet for working with the NOVA group of companies (Nova poshta);
- payments in UAH;
- statements, transaction history, templates, payment approval with familiar digital signatures, and more.
To open a corporate account, new clients should fill out a form on the website and submit the following documents:
- questionnaire;
- registration documents;
- identification details of the account managers and documents confirming their authority;
- contractual documentation.
A simplified account opening procedure is available for existing Nova poshta and NovaPay clients.
“Payment accounts in NovaPay for companies already working with Nova poshta are a logical and expected step. This will significantly simplify their financial routine and help speed up transactions. For example, funds for cash-on-delivery are credited to the NovaPay account on the same day”, says Oleksiy Ruban, Director of Innovations at NovaPay.
As a reminder, NovaPay expanded its functionality for individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) this summer. Entrepreneurs can now open their payment accounts online in the NovaPay app, issue a virtual business card for free, assign authorized persons, and withdraw or deposit cash using a barcode at Nova poshta branches.
NovaPay is an international financial service that is part of the NOVA group of companies (Nova poshta) and has been providing online and offline payment services for 12 years across more than 3,500 Nova poshta branches. NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended license from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) to open accounts and issue cards. The company was also the first among non-bank financial institutions to launch its own mobile app.
