NovaPay in 2025: a record of 3 million transactions per day, trust worth UAH 389.7 billion in transfers, and UAH 1.5 billion to the budget

NovaPay has summarised its performance in 2025. Over the year, the company transferred over UAH 1.5 billion to the state budget, which is 5% more than in 2024.

During this period, the number of transactions through the system reached 430 million, 3% higher than last year’s figures. The total volume of transfers reached UAH 389.7 billion, a 26% increase compared to 2024.

‘These figures are not just statistics. They represent 430 million times that people have entrusted us with their money. They represent UAH 1.5 billion in aid to Ukraine. And they represent the responsibility that we bear every day,’ comments Ihor Syrovatko, CEO of NovaPay.

2025 was a year of new operational records for NovaPay. The company recorded 2.95 million financial transactions in a single day, one of the highest figures in the service’s history. Interestingly, this year’s peak load did not occur at the end of December, as was traditionally the case, but on the eve of St. Nicholas Day. This trend indicates a change in Ukrainians’ consumer habits: gifts for St. Nicholas are increasingly more important than Black Friday, Christmas, or New Year’s purchases.
