Requirements for commercial proposals
You can offer your goods and services even if there are no open tenders for them. Send your proposal to the email address.
Certify it with your signature and company seal, preferably on official letterhead. Include the following information in your letter:
- company name / full name of individual entrepreneur;
- EDRPOU / TIN;
- full name of the contact person;
- e-mail address of the contact person;
- phone number of the contact person;
- type of company activity;
- type of goods / works / services you offer;
- term of validity of the commercial proposal (number of calendar days);
- terms of delivery or service provision;
- terms of payment;
- guarantee.

Requirements for suppliers
Any legal entity or individual entrepreneur who is ready to sell high-quality goods or services that are not prohibited for sale in Ukraine, either retail or wholesale, can be a supplier to the company.
Our ideal supplier:
- is ready to comply with all seller obligations in accordance with trade rules and current Ukrainian legislation, and has all the necessary permits, certificates, licences, etc. for trading;
- agrees to sell any product from 1 piece;
- agrees to provide a sample of the product (1 piece) as a specimen to confirm compliance with technical requirements and quality characteristics (we will return the sample);
- ensures compliance with the warranty conditions stipulated by Ukrainian legislation;
- ensures high-quality packaging and proper delivery quality: within the agreed time frame, of proper quality, and in accordance with the order;

- ready to open a NovaPay account – for individual entrepreneurs or businesses
Payments to suppliers are made in non-cash form.
