Identification and
verification
Customer identification and verification are requirements of Ukrainian law for financial transactions and an effective way to combat fraud and money laundering. Since we work with money, we have to verify the identities of our clients.
You need to confirm your identity if the amount of transfers you receive and send in one day exceeds:
- UAH 5,000 for cash transfers;
- UAH 29,999 for transfers via bank payment cards.
To receive up to UAH 5,000 in cash, you must show your passport to the cashier.
Identification and verification are required regardless of the amount for transactions carried out under a power of attorney.
