Already twelve: NovaPay has registered another issue of corporate bonds worth UAH 100 million

NovaPay has registered its twelfth issue of corporate bonds — Series L — worth UAH 100 million. The decision was made by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), which also approved the securities prospectus.

‘Each new bond issue is a testament to investor confidence and the stability of our financial model,’ comments Ihor Prykhodko, CFO of NovaPay. ‘We create tools that both private clients and businesses trust. Series L bonds will soon be available for purchase directly in the NovaPay app. Investors will be able to earn up to 18% per annum, choosing an investment term of 1 to 12 months. The registration process takes only a few minutes, and all documents are signed online via Diia.Signature.

As of October 2025, investments by private clients and businesses in NovaPay bonds have already exceeded UAH 2.2 billion, and the number of investors has reached 6,480 customers.
