Yevhen Oparin and Andrii Senedzhuk from NovaPay received an award from the Association of Ukrainian Banks for their volunteer activities
17 December, 2025

During the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, the community honoured financial sector employees who are actively involved in volunteer work.
The NovaPay team presented the award “For Charity and Dedication” to Yevhen Oparin, Head of the Analysis and Reporting Department of the Financial Directorate, and Andrii Senedzhuk, Head of the Credit Testing Team.
Over the past two years, Yevhen and his colleagues have closed 19 raisings for mobilised employees of the NOVA group. The team provided various necessities, including electronic warfare equipment, generators, charging stations, FPV drones and quadcopters, and a vehicle.
‘We maintain constant contact with our mobilised colleagues: we receive requests from them, announce raisings, purchase the necessary items, and deliver them where they are really needed. The most pleasant moment is when the required amount has already been raised, and you can say to your colleague: “We’ve got it!”’ Yevhen shares.
Since March 2022, Andrii Senedzhuk and his fellow students have been running a volunteer initiative called ‘vDonat’. They organise and close fundraising campaigns for the military at all stages. Over the past three years, the ‘vDonat’ initiative has raised over 5 million hryvnias to support our defenders.
NovaPay thanks every employee who provides financial support, takes action, or leads initiatives. This is a joint effort that brings us closer to victory every day.
