Changes in NovaPay management: a new CEO will head the company starting in October
18 August, 2025

Today, the company announced that Andrii Kryvoshapko is ending his collaboration with NovaPay after nine years as CEO. A successor will be appointed in the autumn.
Andrii Kryvoshapko began his career at the NOVA Group (Nova poshta) in 2003. In April 2016, he became the head of NovaPay. Under Kryvoshapko’s leadership, NovaPay transformed from a service company into an important player in Ukraine’s financial sector, obtained a licence as a non-bank financial company with the right to open accounts — the first in Ukraine — and launched the first non-bank payment app. Today, NovaPay is the leader among all money transfer systems created by non-bank institutions and processes about 2.5 million transactions per day for 750,000 users.
NovaPay is now entering a new phase of active development, and management changes are part of this process. By mutual agreement with the shareholders, 2025 will be Andrii Kryvoshapko’s last year as CEO. He will continue to manage the company until October, ensuring the implementation of the current strategy and the transfer of affairs to his successor. The company will soon announce the name of the new leader who will head NovaPay and continue the company’s development in line with the strategy.
The co-owners and the Supervisory Board express their deep gratitude to Andrii Kryvoshapko for his fruitful cooperation and significant contribution to the development of NovaPay and the NOVA group of companies.
