How is the MoneyGram transfer exchange rate for payments in Ukraine determined?
The exchange rate of the transfer payout is set by the MoneyGram international payment system when money is sent.
Are there any restrictions for transfers via MoneyGram?
Yes, there are. One transfer can be USD 10,000 or EUR 7,000, equivalent to the national currency – hryvnia. This limit applies to both sending and receiving funds.
Also, one client can send and receive up to USD 25,000 within 3 months or USD 75,000 within 12 months.
You can receive a transfer within 90 days. Transfers not received during this time can only be returned to the sender.
Where can I receive MoneyGram money transfers?
MoneyGram money transfers can be received in cash at any Nova poshta branch throughout Ukraine, where NovaPay financial services are provided.
Can a juvenile receive a MoneyGram money transfer at Nova poshta?
Only an adult individual can receive a transfer.
Can a representative receive a MoneyGram money transfer under the power of attorney?
MoneyGram rules prohibit issuing transfers under the power of attorney. Only the person specified by the sender can receive the transfer. To change the data, the recipient must contact the sender.
What documents do I need to provide to receive a transfer?
First of all, these are the documents that confirm your identity:

- - foreign passport of a citizen of Ukraine
- - Diia mobile application: ID-passport or foreign passport
- - other documents – List of documents for receiving and sending transfers
Can I receive a transfer or payout of humanitarian aid from a legal entity?
