Oleksii Ruban has 17 years of experience in the financial sector in Ukraine and abroad. He has held senior positions in leading banks. His achievements include large-scale projects, particularly the creation of the NovaPay payment system.

In November 2017, he was appointed Head of Product Development in the Business Development Department. Since March 2018, he has been in charge of the IT Department. Three years later, he became the Head of NovaPay’s Innovation Directorate, which unites the IT and Business Development Departments.
