To open an account for an individual entrepreneur, you need to register in the NovaPay application and open a personal account.

Now, you can open an individual entrepreneur account. To do this:

👉check your data that we will receive from the Unified State Registe
👉tell us more about your individual entrepreneur, activities, and income
👉read and sign the application for joining

Voila 🎉 Your business account is already in the application. The last step is to activate your blue business card.

If you sell online, connect the service of crediting cash on delivery to your account in the app and receive funds on the same day the customer pays for the goods.

To open an individual entrepreneur account, you will need to check the data we receive from the Unified State Register, select the type of activity in the application, indicate your income, and sign an application to join the Agreement. But first, you need to sign an agreement to credit the cash on delivery to your account.
If you have an individual entrepreneur account with NovaPay, click on the menu "More" → "Cash-on-delivery agreement" → "Sign agreement" in the application. We will check your documents, and all you have to do is sign the agreement.

If the delivery happens before 21:00, you will receive the cash on delivery to your NovaPay account for individual entrepreneurs on the same day your customer pays for the parcel.
If the payment is made later, we will transfer the money by 15:00 the next day.

If you deposit cash before 21:00 at any Nova poshta branch where NovaPay financial services are provided, it will be available on the same day.
The next day until 15:00, if you deposit the proceeds at another time.

The most common reason for the delay in cash-on-delivery is that the parcel is received at a collection point instead of a regular Nova poshta branch or parcel locker.

A collection point is a branch located, for example, in a shop or pharmacy. Since a collection point (CP) is not a full-fledged Nova poshta branch, there are no NovaPay cash desks for financial transactions.
To transfer money, the information is transferred to the nearest branch with NovaPay cash desks. As a result, the time it takes to receive the money may vary depending on the region. Usually, it takes 2-5 days.

A business card is a virtual card issued for an individual entrepreneur and linked to the individual entrepreneur's payment account.
A business card is needed to instantly pay for goods and services from an individual entrepreneur's payment account at payment terminals, make online purchases, and withdraw cash from ATMs in Ukraine.

Firstly, you do not need to transfer funds from the main payment account to the card account in advance.
Secondly, the money on the card linked to the account is available anytime. Card transactions are instantaneous and do not depend on the business day.

The individual entrepreneur's card is allowed to pay for goods and services in the trade and service network and withdraw money from Ukrainian banks' ATMs. However, it is prohibited to transfer money from a business card to other cards.

Currently, you can make transactions only in Ukraine.

You can withdraw cash at any ATM in Ukraine and branches of Ukrainian banks. Alternatively, you can transfer funds to your individual account and withdraw cash using the barcode in the NovaPay application at Nova poshta branches The services are provided at NovaPay points located in Nova poshta branches

Withdrawal of money credited to your account as cash on delivery is free of charge. You can also withdraw up to UAH 100,000 in cash from your account for free. After that, the rate is 0.5% (minimum UAH 15)👆
Cash deposits are always free👍

You can add your business card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and use it to make payments at retailers or online, just like any other card. The only thing that is not available is card-to-card transfers💳
However, we must warn you that all transactions from an individual entrepreneur's card are checked by the tax authorities. And you will need to confirm the expediency of these expenses👀

If you have an individual entrepreneur account at NovaPay, you can appoint proxies and create electronic powers of attorney for them. Here are the available types of powers of attorney:
✅ An accountant with signature authority
✅ An accountant without signature authority
✅ A cashier with the right to withdraw cash
✅ A cashier with the right to deposit cash
✅ A cashier with the right to withdraw and deposit cash

👉An accountant with signature authority: has access to your NovaPay business account, can create and sign payment instructions, see the history of transactions, and account details, and generate statements and reports.

👉An accountant without signature authority: has the same capabilities, except for signing payment instructions.

A cashier can withdraw or deposit cash using barcodes at Nova poshta branches, depending on the type of power of attorney you give them.

Cashier: if you have more than 3 employees, you can create as many powers of attorney as there are employees. If you have less - then no more than 3 powers of attorney🤗

Accountant: there are no restrictions😉
Creation of powers of attorney and appointment of proxies in the mobile application is free👍
