To receive a salary on a NovaPay card, an employee must:
👉 Register independently in the NovaPay application
👉 Create an electronic or paper application for salary transfer directly in the application
👉 Send it with the card details to the employer in any convenient way. That's all 😊

The money is credited within one business day after the company has submitted the statement

Go to your NovaPay business cabinet, select the "Salary project" section, and click "Create payroll".
Fill in the required information and upload a simplified excel file with employee details. You can also pull up employee data manually after creating them in the Employee directory.

You need to pay taxes from your NovaPay LLC payment account or provide proof that taxes have been paid elsewhere: unified social contribution, personal income tax, and military tax with a stamp of execution. If the unified social contribution amount is less or paid earlier, attach a calculation certificate.
