NovaPay won three awards at FinAwards 2025

Financial portals Minfin and Finance.ua have announced the winners of the FinAwards 2025. According to the results of 2024, NovaPay received three awards at once and thus confirmed its leadership position on the Ukrainian financial map.

The company was ranked first in the ‘Leading Technologies and Innovations: Fintech’ nomination. At the end of 2023, NovaPay was the first non-bank to launch its financial application with a payment card. It is now used by more than 600,000 Ukrainians. The NovaPay app was also ranked among the top five best mobile apps.

The company won another victory in the ‘Best Loyalty Programme’ nomination for the ‘Benefit’ feature in the NovaPay mobile app. The program allows customers to save up to 20% on delivery and cash-on-delivery services for Nova poshta parcels. Every month, customers can pay for up to six parcels with a benefit of up to UAH 50 for each, and the savings are instantly credited to their NovaPay card. In 2024, customers used this opportunity about 4.5 million times, saving UAH 80 million.

NovaPay was ranked second in the nomination ‘Best Investment Offer in Classic Assets’. The company* became the first private institution in Ukraine to issue corporate bonds with a public offering in wartime. In 2023-2024, nine bond issues totaling UAH 900 million with yields of up to 18% per annum were made. About 4,300 Ukrainians have already purchased NovaPay’s securities, investing over UAH 1.2 billion in them.

FinAwards is an annual award recognizing the best financial companies, services, and innovative solutions. The winners are determined by an independent jury, market experts, the editorial board of Minfin and Finance.ua, and users through open voting.
