Using loans from NovaPay is even more convenient: new features are already in the app

NovaPay has updated its services to make it easier for customers to use the company’s loans, including Instalment plan, Credit card, and Parcel on credit, which are now available both in the app and without it.

What has changed in the app:

• сredit card can now be topped up using a barcode from the app at Nova poshta branches;
• for those who use an Instalment plan and Parcel on credit, the “Loans” section and the main screen now contain a notification of overpayment and show the current amount;
• in case of overpayment, you can refund the excess funds to your card directly in the app or simply through a Nova poshta branch.

As a reminder, since February 2023, Ukrainians have been able to issue a Parcel on credit at Nova poshta branches. During this time, it has been done 280 thousand times, with the total amount of parcel loans issued amounting to UAH 1.6 billion. Since July 2024, customers have been able to use the NovaPay app to pay by installments, with a total amount of UAH 1.4 billion being used 250 thousand times. Another product, the Credit card, was launched in the spring of 2025, and since then, the card has been issued almost 14 thousand times.

NovaPay is an international financial service that is part of the NOVA group of companies (Nova poshta). It has been providing online and offline payment services in more than 3,600 Nova poshta branches for almost 13 years. NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended NBU license, which allowed it to open accounts and issue cards.
