Yana Levada ranked among the ‘Top 50 Most Influential Women in Fintech’ for the second time

Yana Levada, Director of Business Development at NovaPay, has been named to the ‘Top 50 Most Influential Women in Fintech 2025’ list for the second time, which is compiled annually by the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies (UAFIC).

‘It is a great honour for me to be among the most influential women in Ukrainian fintech for the second time. I consider this award to be the joint result of the entire NovaPay team, as we work every day to create innovative, convenient, and secure financial solutions for Ukrainians and businesses,’ comments Yana Levada.

With over 18 years of experience in the financial sector, Yana has risen from project manager to Director of Business Development. She has been with NovaPay for nine years, implementing several innovative solutions, including automatic payment for parcels, Tap-To-Phone for couriers, and the launch of the NovaPay mobile app in just eight months.

NovaPay values female leadership and proves in practice that women can successfully work in traditionally ‘male’ roles: in IT, finance, or management. Today, about 65% of the company’s team are women, and there is a 50/50 balance among top management. Here, everyone has equal opportunities for growth and fulfilment.
