Vitalii Shulepov appointed head of NovaPay’s retail business

NovaPay announces the appointment of Vitalii Shulepov as Deputy CEO for Retail Business. In his new role, Vitalii will focus on developing digital financial services for private clients, creating a seamless customer experience, and optimising the company’s business processes.

Vitalii Shulepov has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having held management positions at leading Ukrainian banks, where he was responsible for business development, sales organisation, and the creation of retail banking divisions. In recent years, he has been actively developing digital divisions at TASCOMBANK and ASVIO Bank, where he was responsible for the comprehensive development of mobile banking solutions.

During his career, Vitalii has achieved significant results, bringing consumer lending to the #1 position in the market, organizing the retail business of banks, and building a network of over 100 branches and more than 800 points of sale.

Vitalii’s appointment is a crucial step for NovaPay in enhancing customer service and developing innovative financial solutions for the retail business segment.
